The Custom Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Concept & Brief. Share your ideas, reference images, sketches, or technical specifications. Our design team reviews feasibility and provides guidance.
Step 2: CAD Design. We create 3D CAD models of your earrings, including exact dimensions, stone placements, and details. You review and request revisions until perfect.
Step 3: 3D Printing & Wax Model. A physical wax model is printed from the CAD for your approval. This step ensures the design translates well from screen to physical form.
Step 4: Sample Production. A finished sample is produced in the actual material (925 silver, plating, stones). You receive the sample for final approval.
Step 5: Mass Production. Once approved, production begins. Our factory handles casting, stone setting, plating, polishing, and quality control.
Step 6: QC & Shipping. Every piece passes inspection before careful packaging and shipping to your location.
