Step 1: Moissanite Crystal Growth
Moissanite crystals are grown in controlled laboratory conditions using the sublimation method. Silicon carbide powder is heated to over 2000°C, allowing crystals to form on seed plates. Step 2: Cutting and Polishing
Master cutters examine each rough crystal to determine the optimal cut for maximum brilliance and minimum waste. The crystal is cleaved, shaped, and faceted using precision equipment. Each facet is polished to exact angles. Finally, stones are graded for color, clarity, and cut, then certified by GRA. This step determines the stone's beauty and value.
Step 3: Design and CAD Modeling
Jewelry designers create ring concepts, which are translated into 3D CAD models. Customers can review and modify designs before production. For OEM/ODM orders, this step ensures the final piece matches the customer's vision exactly. CAD models are used to create wax patterns for casting.
Step 4: Casting
Wax patterns are created from CAD models using 3D printing or injection molding. Multiple wax patterns are attached to a sprue tree, invested in plaster, and baked to remove wax. Molten 925 silver (or gold) is centrifugally cast into the mold. After cooling, the plaster is broken away, revealing rough castings that need finishing.
Step 5: Stone Setting
Master setters place each moissanite stone into the mounting using various techniques: prong setting (most common, maximum light exposure), bezel setting (secure, modern), pavé setting (small stones along the band), and channel setting (stones between metal walls. Step 6: Polishing and Plating

Step 7: Quality Control and Packaging
